Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) has recently set new authentication requirements for its accounts. As these changes prevent TSP accounts from maintaining consistent, automated updates, these account connections can no longer be supported within the Empower Dashboard.
As a result, we recommend marking any existing TSP accounts as closed within your Empower Dashboard and then adding them as Manual Accounts to track their balances. This will allow you to continue including their value in your Net Worth while manually updating the balances as they change.
There is currently no confirmed timeline for restoring TSP aggregation support. We will provide additional guidance if support becomes available in the future.
