When asked, log in with your current credentials. This will let you add the site to your dashboard and enjoy a more connected experience.
As we continue to develop and enhance our new Dashboard experience, which will allow clients to seamlessly merge their existing Empower accounts from various product portals into a single unified view, we have disabled the Empower Retirement account aggregation feature. This decision was made to prevent the creation of duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts can lead to inaccuracies in the financial advice and insights generated by our tools, potentially impacting the quality and reliability of the recommendations we provide.
