We have received an update from our aggregation team concerning Macy's Credit Card accounts within the Empower Personal Dashboard. Although these accounts should now update successfully if they previously encountered errors, we are no longer able to automatically import transactions for these accounts. Balances will continue to update, and you may Manually Add Transactions to these accounts to maintain accurate transaction records.
