You can force a data refresh for an account by performing the following steps:
- Select the account you would like to refresh from the list on the left side of your dashboard.
- Once the account data appears on the main panel of your dashboard (on the right side), you'll notice a pencil icon next to the account name, just above the graph.
- Click the pencil icon to open the Edit Account window.
- If the account name doesn't display in the main panel after selecting the account in the Accounts panel, click Overview > Net Worth from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Then click on the account from the list below, and you should see the icon next to the account name at the top of the panel.
- Then click 'Update Connection'. If 'Update Connection' is not visible, please click on 'Edit' next to the 'User id and password' option at the top right-hand corner of the pop-up window.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the refresh.
These steps will force a data refresh directly from the financial institution's website and will update the account.
