In some cases, transactions will still show as "Pending" despite having posted to the account, you can clear this status by refetching the transactions for the account. This will attempt to re-pull data from the financial institution and ensure that we have the same
You can refetch transactions for most accounts linked to your Empower Personal Dashboard. In the web application, select the account from the list on the left, and click on the Refetch icon (two circular arrows).
Please note that this refetch can only be performed once per week.
After refetching the data for the account, check the transactions to see if the pending status has cleared. If the transactions still show as pending, please Contact Support and provide the following information:
- The last 4 digits of the account.
- The dates for the affected transactions.
- The dollar amount for each affected transaction.
