In some cases, transactions will still show as pending despite having posted to the account. You can clear this status by refetching the transactions for the account. This will attempt to pull in data again from the financial institution and ensure that we have the same transactions.
You can refetch transactions for most accounts linked to your Empower Dashboard. In the web application, select the account, and click on the Refetch icon (two circular arrows) to the left of the date selection fields.
Please note that this refetch can only be performed once per week.
After refetching the data for the account, check the transactions to see if the pending status has cleared. If the transactions still show as pending, please Contact Support and provide the following information:
- The last 4 digits of the affected account.
- The dates of the affected transactions.
- The dollar amount for each affected transaction.
