To mark an account as closed, you will need to complete the following steps on each specific version of the dashboard:
Web:
- Click on the 'pencil icon' next to the account you want to mark as closed.
- Select 'Mark account as closed' on the bottom left-hand corner of the pop-up window.
- Enter the date that your account was closed with your financial institution.
- Click on the 'Mark as closed' button.
iOS:
- Tap the account you want to mark as closed.
- Tap on the 'pencil icon' to the right of the account name.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Mark as closed'.
- Enter the date that your account was closed with your financial institution.
- Tap on 'Mark as closed'.
Android:
- Tap the account you want to mark as closed.
- Tap on the 'pencil icon' to the right of the account name.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Mark as closed'.
- Enter the date that your account was closed with your financial institution.
- Tap on 'Mark as closed'.
Once marked as closed, the balance for the account will be zeroed out starting on the date you selected. Any and all transactions after this date will be removed.
