Your Mr Cooper account should now link under the Rocket Mortgage site within your Empower Dashboard. Please use the "+" or "+Connect account" button and search for "Rocket Mortgage" to add this link to your dashboard.
After linking your migrated account to your Empower Dashboard, mark your Mr Cooper account as closed. Only mark the account as closed once your account has been migrated and successfully linked to your dashboard. Closing the account before linking the new account may result in a gap in data, so wait until your account is linked under Rocket Mortgage before closing your Mr Cooper account.
If your account still does not import under the Rocket Mortgage, please contact Empower Aggregation Support.
We are aware of a transition of Mr Cooper accounts to Rocket Mortgage at this time.
Our engineering team is investigating the issue and there may be connection issues experienced during this transition.
While we do not currently have an ETA on a resolution, we will share any updates here as soon as they are available. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we continue to work on this!
