We are aware of an issue with PennyMac accounts where they are not refreshing successfully. Additionally some users report that they encounter this error when trying to link a new PennyMac account to their Empower Personal Dashboard.
Our aggregation team is aware of this issue and they are investigating the cause. We hope to have a resolution soon, however in the meantime please leave your account linked if you have it linked to your Empower Personal Dashboard.
