Your Weekly email reports the change in account balances that have taken place over the previous week (as of Friday close). The Daily email reports the activity of any investment with a valid ticker within your account and transactions for that day. Variations in the Balances or Holdings may be due to issues with your account updating within your Empower Dashboard.
If you see any discrepancies, log into your dashboard and verify that the accounts are successfully updating. If the accounts aren't updating, or if they are updating but you still see incorrect numbers in the Daily or Weekly email reports, then please contact Empower Dashboard Support.
