If your investment account is reporting an incorrect balance, it is possible that the holdings/securities data is incorrect.
Within your Empower Personal Dashboard, select Investing > Holdings from the top menu bar to navigate to the 'Holdings' section.
Then, select the Holdings tab and verify the values reported for Shares and Price for each holding are correct.
If the holdings information doesn't match the values that your financial institution reports on their website, or if the holdings information is correct but the investment account still reports an incorrect balance, please contact Empower Personal Dashboard Support and provide the following information:
- The name of the financial institution to which the account belongs.
- The name and last four digits of the account.
- The expected balance of the account as seen at the financial institution's website
- The name/symbol of the incorrect holding (if the holding information is incorrect)
