Empower Personal Dashboard's Technical Support Team may be reached anytime from any version of our application. It is important to note that we do not currently offer over-the-phone technical support.
From the Web:
Click on the 'Help' icon at the right bottom corner of the screen and type your question in the text box to search for any relevant articles for the issue you are experiencing.
If the articles presented aren't helpful you can click on the 'Get in Touch' button to contact Empower Personal Dashboard Support, and then choose 'Leave a message' to fill out a form which will send us an email request for further assistance.
From the Mobile App:
Go to the 'Settings' feature by tapping on the cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the app and tap on 'Visit support center' in the menu that appears. You can then search the FAQ for any articles that may resolve your issue. If you are unable to locate an article that pertains to your issue, or have feedback or additional questions, you can go back to the menu under 'Settings' and scroll down to 'Submit support request' and fill out the form that appears to send us an email request for additional assistance.
Certain issues require research and occasionally changes to our software. While our issue resolution times may vary we do our best to provide a response as quickly as possible.
