When logging in to the new Empower Dashboard Experience, follow these steps:
- Log into the new Empower Dashboard via a web browser at: https://empower.com/epw.
- Enter your username or email address. If you have not set a username in the past, your username is your email.
- Enter your password.
You may be prompted to select which dashboard to access:
Do you have an Empower Personal Cash account, a Personal Strategy account, or an Empower Workplace 401k? Select the first option: "Access My Personal or Workplace Accounts."
Do you have a basic dashboard (no paid accounts), or a dashboard migrated from Personal Capital? Select the second option: "Free financial tools."
Once signed in, you can Change Your Login Email or Password for Empower Personal Dashboard.
