When we import data for your accounts, we also check to make sure that each linked account is still open and active with your financial institution. If we are unable to locate an account at your institution that is listed in your dashboard, we'll mark the account with a blue icon indicating that the account may be closed.
If the account is indeed closed at your financial institution, you can follow the steps outlined here to mark the account as closed within your Empower Personal Dashboard.
Otherwise, please confirm that the account is open and active and contact support.
