We are aware of an issue with "HSA Invest" investment accounts from HSA Bank not importing within Empower Personal Dashboard.
Recently HSA Bank has rolled out a new investment account ("HSA Invest") that is replacing the previous Devenir or Schwab investment accounts. In order to import the new HSA Invest account, you'll need to enroll in HSA Invest at the HSA Bank website using the steps below.
Enrollment Steps (from the HSA Bank website)
1. Log in to your account.
Use your existing username and password. You only need to create a username and password if you haven’t accessed your account online before.
If you access the Member Website from a third-party site, like your employer benefits site or insurance site, access as you normally do.
2. Go to Manage Investments.
3. Begin HSA Invest enrollment process.
Note: Once you enroll in HSA Invest, one-time, auto-sweep and recurring transfers to Devenir and Schwab will be canceled
To transfer the assets, they will need liquidate their Schwab/ Devenir assets and transfer the funds to their HSA Bank cash balance, then they can invest the funds in their HSA Invest account.
Once you've completed the enrollment process, log into your Empower Personal Dashboard and re-enter the login credentials for your HSA Bank account and the HSA Invest account should import. If the account still does not import after completing these steps, please contact the Empower Personal Dashboard Support team.
