As a result of the recent merger between TIAA Bank and EverBank, all TIAA Cash accounts (Checking, Savings & CDs) will now be synced under EverBank.
Users who have previously linked their TIAA Cash accounts to their Dashboard will need to take the necessary steps to ensure that their accounts continue to sync. Specifically, they will need to mark the existing TIAA Cash account on the Dashboard as Closed. Following this, they can re-establish the connection by selecting the option labeled "EverBank." in the account linking tool to sync the account again.
