By default, the Retirement Fee Analyzer, found under the 'Planning' section of your dashboard, will select non-taxable accounts for analysis. (Please see this article for more information on this specific tool: Retirement Fee Analyzer Calculations Overview.)
Account types can be edited in the event an account is incorrectly assigned as a taxable or non-taxable account type.
To do so, hover over the investment account name on the left-hand sidebar of the My Accounts Panel. Then select the 'Pencil' icon to the left of the investment account you want to change. In the 'Account Type' dropdown menu under 'Edit details', select the appropriate account type, and then click 'Save'.
Taxable investment accounts can also be analyzed. To do so, click on the 'All accounts' dropdown menu on the top right-hand corner of the Retirement Fee Analyzer page and choose the specific accounts you would like counted in the analyzer tool.
