Our aggregation process will import all of your accounts when you link a financial institution to your Empower Personal Dashboard, provided that they are of a type for which we currently have aggregation support. However, it is possible that an account may be temporarily skipped. This can also happen if you open a new account at your financial institution that you wish to import to your Empower Personal Dashboard.
If you are missing an account, there is an easy way to get it linked to your dashboard:
- In the My Accounts Panel, click the "+" symbol.
- Search for your financial institution.
- Re-enter your credentials as if you were adding the account again.
This will force the existing link in your dashboard to re-sync with its financial institution and import any missing accounts (provided we support the account type for that institution).
If the account still fails to import into your dashboard, please contact Empower Personal Dashboard Support and let us know the following information:
- The name of the financial institution.
- What type of account you are trying to link.
- The last four digits of the missing account number.
