If you are seeing a blank page after you sign in to your Empower Dashboard, you may need to update your browser version. Using an out-of-date browser can cause performance issues as well as security vulnerabilities in general. As such, we recommend regularly updating your browser to stay current with the latest improvements. Here are some guides to help you update your browser:
- Safari: Update MacOS
- Chrome: Update Google Chrome
- Firefox: Update Firefox to the Latest Release
If your browser is up to date, you may need to clear your browser cache:
Safari
- Go to the Safari app on your Mac.
- Choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.
- Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.
Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More -> Delete browsing data.
- Choose a time range, like Last hour.
- .Select the types of information you want to remove.
- Click Delete data.
Firefox
- Click the menu button to open the menu panel.
- Click History and select Clear Recent History.
- Next to When:, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Temporary cached files and pages in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected, then click the Clear button.
