If you are being asked to complete device authorization each time you access Empower Dashboard, it is most likely because cookies are not accepted on your browser or are being periodically deleted. Empower Dashboard uses cookies to remember authorized devices and, in the absence of these cookies, you will be prompted for secondary authorization each time.
Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/are-cookies-enabled to check if cookies are enabled. You can also check if your browser has been set to delete cookies upon closing.
