You may rename your Empower Personal Cash account(s) from the default name, “Cash ending in..,” to a name of your choice.
Using the full web-browser, log into your Empower Dashboard:
1. Select the “Account” dropdown menu (top of the Dashboard) and click on the Cash account
2. Click the Cash account on the left-hand side of the Dashboard
3. Select the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner
4. Select “Edit beneficiaries”
5. Edit the Cash account name in the “Account name” field
6. Select “Save” to confirm your changes.
Please Note: The ability to rename a Cash account is not currently available through the Empower mobile app. To rename a Cash account, please use a full web-browser.
