How to change your phone number in Empower Personal Dashboard

You can change your phone number across all of our platforms using the steps listed below.

Web:

1. Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Profile' from the dropdown menu.
2. Under the 'Personal contact information' section click on 'Edit' next to your mobile phone number.
3. Update your phone number to your new phone number and click the blue 'Save' button.

iOS/Android:

1. Tap on the 'cogwheel' icon in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Under the 'Account Settings' section, tap on 'Profile'.
3. Under the 'Profile Settings' section, tap on 'Personal contact information'.
4. Update your phone number to your new phone number and tap 'Save' in the upper right-hand corner.
