How to change your phone number in Empower Personal Dashboard

You can change your phone number across all of our platforms using the steps listed below.

Web:

1. Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and select 'Settings'.
2. Under the 'Security Settings' section click on 'Edit' next to your mobile phone number.
3. Enter your password for your Empower Personal Dashboard account.
4. Update your phone number to your new phone number and click 'Save Changes'.

Android:

1. Tap on the 'cogwheel' icon in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Under the 'Account Settings' section, tap on your mobile phone number.
3. Enter your password for your Empower Personal Dashboard account.
4. Update your phone number to your new phone number and tap 'Save'.

iOS:

1. Tap on the 'cogwheel' icon in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Under the 'Account Settings' section, tap on your mobile phone number.
3. Enter your password for your Empower Personal Dashboard account.
4. Update your phone number to your new phone number and tap 'Save'.
