Empower Personal Dashboard has a variety of informational emails that we can send out to help you get the most out of your dashboard experience. You can manage your communication preferences through the Empower Communications section in your profile Settings.
On the web client, click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard and choose 'Settings' from the drop down menu. You will then see the Empower Communications section.
From here you can click on 'Edit' and then check or uncheck the boxes next to each option regarding how you want to receive updates, and what informational topics you want to hear about.
Please note that the opt-out preferences do not apply to service related updates or direct messages from the Empower Personal Dashboard Support Team.
If you are a registered client of the Empower Personal Dashboard, we are required to notify you not only about the updated features to our service, but also with general and required notifications regarding our business.
