If you accidentally deleted an account from your Empower Personal Dashboard you can add it again in Empower Personal Dashboard.
This should bring back the deleted accounts and add them to the My Accounts Panel, however this will not restore the historical data for the account(s). Once you delete an account, all the transactions and data associated with the account are removed and cannot be restored.
To add it in again, please follow the steps below:
- Search for your financial institution in Empower Personal Dashboard.
- Choose the same one that you used earlier from the search results provided.
- Enter the same credentials you used earlier for the specific account and click 'Submit'.
This should bring back the deleted accounts and add them to the My Accounts Panel.
