If you want to edit multiple transactions at the same time (to update the category, description or tags), please complete the following steps, specifically in our web application.
- In the Accounts panel, click on the specific account with the transactions you want to edit.
- Click on the "Edit multiple transactions" button (to the right of the "Search transactions" field).
- Search for the specific transactions that you want to edit and select each one by clicking the checkbox next to it. NOTE - only valid transactions (those from external linked accounts) will have a checkbox.

Change the category by selecting the new category from within the Category drop down menu provided at the top of the list of transactions. You can edit the Tags and Description of the transactions as well.
- Click the ‘Done’ button and the transactions will be updated accordingly.
