Yes! Your Empower Personal Cash account can both send and receive Wire transfers. Note: Outgoing Wire transfer requests are subject to approval by Empower Personal Cash and UMB (our partner bank). Outgoing wires are reserved for client real-estate transactions.
Outgoing Wire Transfers (Domestic)
We support outgoing Wire transfers of $10,000 or more Monday through Friday (except Federal Holidays) from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Central Time).
For risk reasons, we do not send international Wire transfers.
Recently deposited funds may not be immediately available for withdrawal by Wire.
Wire requests typically require at least one full business day advance notice to allow time for review and processing.
Important: To request the required Wire transfer form, please contact us using the email associated with your Dashboard.
Note: Same-day processing of wire transfers cannot be guaranteed if your completed/signed wire form is not received by 12:00 PM (Central).
