When will the monthly statement(s) for my Cash account(s) be generated?
Empower Personal Cash statements are generated once monthly by UMB (our partner Bank). Statements may take up to 5 business days to become available on your Dashboard following the end of the previous month's statement cycle.
Note: If your last month's statement has not yet been made available to your Dashboard, please contact us for assistance at cash@personalwealth.empower.com. You may also request a statement copy from UMB by contacting them at empowerpersonalcash@umb.com.
How can I locate my statements on the Empower 401K Dashboard?:
1. Click "Account" at the top of your Dashboard
2. With your mouse, hover over your Cash account
3. Select "Statements and Documents" from the side-menu that appears

1. Click on the hamburger menu (3 lines) in the top-left corner
2. Select the "Profile" option at the bottom-left corner of the side menu
