The Cryptocurrency tool obtains its information from Cryptocompare.com, but currently the Empower Dashboard only supports currencies traded in US Dollars (USD).
If the cryptocurrency being added is in USD, please reach out to Empower Dashboard Support and provide the stock symbol/ticker for investigation.
