Starting from July 3rd, it will be necessary for you to update your Bank of America account within your Empower Personal Dashboard. This update is a one-time requirement designed to accommodate the new system changes and ensure your account continues to function smoothly.

- First, log into your Empower Personal Dashboard and locate your Bank of America account among your listed accounts.
- Next, on the left-hand side of the dashboard screen, find the Account List and click on one of your Bank of America accounts to select it.
- In the main section of the screen, look for the pencil icon adjacent to your account name. Click this icon to enter the account editing mode.
- Once the Edit Account screen appears, click on the Update Connection button to proceed with updating your account link.
- At this point, a new window will open, directing you to the Bank of America website. Follow the on-screen instructions carefully to complete the authentication process and update your connection.
After you have completed these steps, your Bank of America account will continue to update as usual without any further interruptions.
