There are no limits on the number of deposit or withdrawal requests you can submit to/from your Empower Personal Cash account on your Dashboard.
Deposit Limits:
The maximum deposit limit is $250,000 per transaction. However, there is no limit on the number of $250,000 deposit requests you can submit per day.
- Example: If you would like to deposit $1 Million, you can do so by submitting four separate $250,000 deposit requests.
Important: Transfer activity may be subject to additional review. In accordance with the Empower Personal Cash Customer Agreement, activity determined to be fraudulent, suspicious, irregular, or unauthorized may result in restrictions or closure of your account and, where applicable, a request to return transferred funds to the originating financial institution through a Letter of Indemnity (LOI). Before depositing funds, it is recommended to consider any upcoming expenses or near-term withdrawal needs to help avoid potential delays if additional review is required.
Withdrawal Limits:
The individual withdrawal limit per day is up to $25,000 unless, your Cash account was opened and funded by a linked account 60 days or more before the withdrawal request - In which case, the individual withdrawal limit per day is up to $100,000.

Newly Linked accounts (Withdrawal Limitations):
When a new account is linked for funds transfers, you will first need to make a deposit of $1 or more into your Empower Personal Cash account (using your Dashboard) from the newly linked account. This deposit will then start a 60-day waiting period. Important: Until the 60-day waiting period has been completed, you can only withdraw up to the amount of the deposit made by this particular linked account.
For security reasons there may be other limits on the amount, number, frequency, or destination of deposits or withdrawals you can make under the Empower Personal Cash program.
