Yes! Your Empower Personal Cash account can both send and receive Wire transfers. Note: Outgoing Wire transfer requests are subject to approval by Empower Personal Cash and UMB (our partner bank). Outgoing wires are reserved for client real-estate transactions.
Outgoing Wire Transfers (Domestic)
We support outgoing Wire transfers of $10,000 or more Monday through Friday (except Federal Holidays) from 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Pacific Time).
For risk reasons, we do not send international Wire transfers.
Important: To request the required Wire transfer form, please contact us using the email associated with your Dashboard.
Note: Same-day processing of wire transfers cannot be guaranteed if your completed/signed wire form is not received by 12:00 PM (Pacific).
