Monthly statements for your Empower Personal Cash account(s) can be located on your Dashboard and the Empower Personal mobile app.

When will the monthly statement(s) for my Cash account(s) be generated?
Empower Personal Cash statements are generated once monthly by UMB (our partner Bank). Statements may take up to 5 business days to become available on your Dashboard following the end of the previous month's statement cycle.
Note: If your last month's statement has not yet been made available to your Dashboard, please contact us for assistance at cash@personalwealth.empower.com. You may also request a statement copy from UMB by contacting them at empowerpersonalcash@umb.com.
Dashboard:
1. Select your name (top-right corner)
2. Click on "Documents"
3. Select the statement you would like to view/download
4. To locate a statement from a previous year, select the "This Year" dropdown menu (top-right corner)
Mobile app:
1. Select the 3 dots (top-right corner)
2. Click "Settings"
3. Select the "Documents" option
4. Select the statement you would like to view/download
5. To locate a statement from a particular date, click the calendar icon (top-right corner)
