The Empower (401K) mobile app may crash when clicking "submit" for a transfer request that involves Empower Personal Cash. However, the transfer request (in most cases) is still successfully submitted.
Prior to re-attempting the transfer request, please check your email for a confirmation of the transfer request's status, and/or email us at cash@personalwealth.empower.com.
Alternatives:
1. Transfer using the full web-browser for your Empower Dashboard
2. Submit your transfer using your other bank's transfer services
