We are aware of an issue with transactions missing from several accounts on user dashboards. This may be due to edits made to transaction categories, tags and/or splitting transactions.
Our development team is aware of the issue and they are investigating the cause. As soon as we have a resolution for this issue we will update this space.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing this issue please feel free to provide the following information in a request to our Support Team:
- The last 4 digits of the affected account.
- The date and amount of the affected transactions within the account listed above.
- Any recent edits made to transactions which include the name of the Categories or Tags used.
- The date of when the transactions were last showing normally on your dashboard.
This information will help us continue to investigate this issue at this time.
