We are aware of an issue with Fidelity Visa Signature Credit Card accounts where transactions are syncing incorrectly. Reports state that Credit transactions are showing as Debits and vice versa.
Our aggregation team is aware of the issue and they are investigating the cause. As soon as we have a resolution for this we will update this space.
If you have synced accounts, please do not delete them as this would permanently remove the historical data. Leave the linked accounts or setup for Fidelity in the current error state and we will provide further information as it becomes available.
