We have been made aware of an issue with syncing Personal Strategy accounts since 5/3/24. In reviewing this, it appears this issue stems from a new release by MyVest, who facilitates some of the data for these accounts.
Their team is aware of the issue and has escalated this to the highest priority to prepare a resolution. If you have any further concerns regarding your Personal Strategy accounts, please reach out to your Advisor directly.
