We are aware of an issue where transactions for various institutions may be missing for parts of March and April 2024. If you have been impacted by this and are seeking technical support, please follow this process prior to creating a ticket:
- Log into your Empower Personal Dashboard account/dashboard.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the account name.
- NOTE: You cannot edit your account from under the 'Needs Attention' section. You will need to scroll down and find the account under the appropriate account-type list.
- Click Edit to the right of "User ID and Password".
- Note, if you do not see 'User ID and Password, click on 'Update Connection' and follow the prompts.
- Enter your username/password.
- Click Save.
This will force a data refresh directly from the financial institution's website and will update the account.
If the issue persists, we will need some additional information. Please provide the following for each affected account:
- Last 4-digits of the account
- Date range during which the transactions are missing
- Values of the individual transactions
