Update (Feb. 5, 2025):
Our aggregation team has confirmed with the team at Edward Jones that they will not sync credit card transactions. This means that Credit Card transactions will not be automatically addd to your account. Your balance will remain updated, it is only transactions that will not be added to your Edward Jones account.

We are aware of an issue with Credit Card accounts from Edward Jones not syncing transactions.
Our aggregation team is aware of the issue and they are investigating the cause. As soon as we have a resolution for this issue we will update this space.
In the meantime please do not delete your accounts as this would permanently remove the historical data. Leave your account linked in the current error state and we will provide further information as it becomes available.
