In order to change your email address and/or password you will need to be logged in to your Empower Personal Dashboard. If you are having trouble logging in please contact Support.
Please follow the steps below to change your email address and/or password:
- Hover over your name and select the 'Settings' menu.
- Under the 'Security Settings' section, click 'Edit' next to your email address or password depending on which one you are updating.
- Enter your Empower Personal Dashboard password.
- Change the email address or password to the one you prefer and click 'Save Changes'.
You will receive a change notification at both, the old and the new email addresses.
Please note: If you are a Empower Personal Dashboard investment client, please contact your advisor for changing your login email address.
