We are seeing reports of errors with updating and linking CIT Bank accounts to the Empower Personal Dashboard. Most of the reports indicate that the account has a Red Dot and that the instructions suggest that the login credentials are incorrect.
We have investigated the issue and it looks like the Login URL has been changed at the CIT Bank which is causing our aggregation to be unsuccessful.
No action is required on your part at this time, other than to leave your account linked and in error so we can investigate and test changes further. As soon as we have an update on this issue we will update this page. We appreciate your patience while we work on a resolution.
