Update, July 12:
While we have seen some improvement with updating Citizens Access Bank accounts, unfortunately it appears that there may be some level of blocking of our aggregation process. Our Aggregation engineers are reaching out to the team at Citizens Access Bank to get this resolved and while we do not have an ETA we do hope to have a resolution soon. We have been tracking an issue with Citizens Access Bank where accounts are no longer updating. Upon investigation we have discovered that they appear to be temporarily blocking access to our aggregation team, and while we have attempted to implement some workarounds, we are still unable to pull data from Citizens Access Bank.
We do not currently have an ETA for when this issue may be resolved, however we do hope to have a resolution soon. In the meantime please leave any linked accounts in their error state as we will not be able to recover any data if you delete your Citizens Access Bank account from your dashboard.
As soon as we have a resolution for this error we will update this page. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on this issue
