Due to the way the Venmo site is set up, we are unable to automatically update Venmo accounts in the Empower Personal Dashboard. This means that new transactions and balance history cannot be aggregated in your dashboard without manual intervention.
You can manually update and refresh your Venmo account by following these steps:
- Log into your Empower Personal Dashboard account/dashboard.
- Click on the pencil icon next to your Venmo account.
- Click Edit to the right of "User ID and Password".
- Enter your username/password.
- Click Save.
This should pull in transactions and balance data for your account.
