We are seeing a high number of errors with aggregating and updating Fidelity Rewards Visa Signature Card accounts in Empower Personal Dashboard, and we have reached out to our aggregation team regarding this issue. While we do not have an ETA for when this issue will be resolved, we do hope to have a resolution soon.

Updated (2/9): Unfortunately this issue is more complex than my aggregator expected and it is taking their engineers more time to unravel the matter in order to find an acceptable solution. While we do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved, we do hope to have an update soon.
