Linking USAA account with a cybercode token

In addition to using security questions for secondary authentication, USAA also offers other (opt-in) security options. These options are CyberCode Text and CyberCode Token. Please see below for the instructions to link USAA account.

If you don't use CyberCode Text or Token for secondary authentication, please enter your Online ID, Password and PIN to link your account. 

CyberCode Token

1. Enter your Online ID
2. Enter a dummy value in the Password field
3. Enter your 4 digit PIN in the PIN field. 
4. Click Link
5. You will be prompted to enter the 6 digit token. 

The account should update once you enter the token. 

CyberCode Text

1. Enter your Online ID
2. Enter your Password
3. Enter a dummy 4 digit PIN
4. You will be prompted to enter your registered(with USAA) email address/phone number.
5. You will be prompted to enter the 6 digit token. 
6. Click Link

Once you complete these steps, the account will link. If it doesn't please contact support.
